Harmony Cheese Shipping Guidelines

• We primarily ship via standard UPS Ground to most states within the contiguous United States.

• We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
• We currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii.

• We offer shipping options at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and commence once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
• Warm Weather Shipping: For customers residing in states within Zone 3 (our designated warm climate zone), we take extra precautions to protect your cheese. Your order will be shipped in a thermal bag with extra ice packs. DUE TO THE PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER DURING PERIODS OF HIGH HEAT AND HUMIDITY, DESPITE OUR THERMAL PACKAGING, IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE CONDITION OF THE CHEESE UPON ARRIVAL IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

• Please allow 2-3 business days for us to carefully process your order before it ships.

• To ensure the freshness of your cheese, we are only able to ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders destined for Zone 3 that are received between Wednesday and Sunday may not ship until the following Monday.

• Zone 1: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, ID, IN, KS, KY, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NY, ND, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, VT, VA, WV, WY
• Zone 2: IL, IA, MI, MN, WI
• Zone 3: AL, AZ, CT, DE, GA, LA, MD, MS, NE, NJ, NM, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, WA

• Shipping cheese to hot and humid states (specifically Zone 3) during the summer months presents challenges with standard ground shipping. While we include ice packs to help maintain a cool temperature during typical summer conditions, we may suspend ground shipping to Zone 3 during July and August. Expedited shipping options may be required for these areas during peak summer.

• Shipping speeds are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Please be aware that delays may occur, particularly during the holiday season, which are often outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
