R45

R45 is OUR Fortified.

Harmony Cheese’s R45 cheese is vitamin-fortified A2 cheese. But what does that mean? It simply means that this cheese is made from milk containing only the A2 beta-casein protein, which is considered more easily digestible by some people. And it has been additionally enriched with vitamins like Vitamin A and D, providing extra nutritional value beyond the standard cheese nutrients. Essentially, it's a cheese made with A2 milk that has added vitamins to boost its nutritional profile.
